If you are diligent with your diet and continue to lift like you did on cycle, you can keep at least 60-70% of the gains, which is phenomenal.

How to run an LGD-4033 cycle?

You will read a lot of literature about the ideal LGD-4033 dose.

Some people recommend that you start with 20mg and up it as you go on.

But you’d be surprised at the results that you can achieve with a mere 5mg dose for 12-weeks.

That’s how powerful the compound is.

If you aren’t experiencing good results with 5mg, you can consider increasing it to 10mg/day.

But that’s about as high as we’d go for the first cycle at least.

In subsequent cycles, you can consider increasing it to the 20s. Again, do it only if you can tolerate the sides and aren’t getting good results with a lower dose.

Any dose above 10mg comes with a serious risk of suppression though.

Does LGD-4033 shut you down?

No, it doesn’t. But it does cause the strongest suppression among all other SARMS.

In many users, the suppression can hit as early as week-2, which triggers a panic response.

Suddenly, they are feeling lethargic. The libido has disappeared. The balls look a tad smaller.
